We support Secondary, Primary SEN Schools & Nurseries with their staffing and are proud to work with some of the very best teachers, teaching assistants & nursery nurses in the UK. Using our knowledge and expertise we’re able to match the right candidate to the right setting every time, ensuring everyone is happy. We supply both permanent and temporary staffing.

Teaching Assistants

BrightMinds don’t just work with teachers, we also support teaching assistants, graduate teaching assistants and HLTA’s in their search for work in secondary, primary and SEN schools.

SEN Teachers & SEN TA's

We support a number of SEN Schools with both their teaching and classroom support staff. The schools support children with physical, emotional and behavioural needs. We also offer all our SEN Staff Team Teach training – a qualification required by more special needs schools.

Cover Supervisors

Looking to get into teaching but not undertaken a PGCE? Becoming a cover Supervisor is a great step forward to gain some classroom experience. All you need is a degree and some experience with working with children. To help build the confidence of our cover supervisors, we also provide cover supervisor training where you can learn all about safeguarding and how to manage a classroom.

Nursery Nurses

We support a number of day nurseries in the UK with their staffing. We recruit both temporary and permanent nursery, room leaders and managers.
