We ensure that all background, vetting and DBS checks are completed for every candidate that works with us. In addition, we obtain right to work documents where necessary and always meet teachers face-to-face before making them available for schools to hire.

All candidates are required to read and adhere to the Keeping Children Safe in Education DfE guidelines.

All of our registered candidates undergo the following checks and vetting:

  • Face to face candidate interviews
  • Verification of right to work in the United Kingdom and proof of identity
  • Verification of qualification 
  • DFES Teaching Registration 
  • Induction Staus 
  • Proof of address (utility bill) and national insurance number
