Our registration process

Step 1

We keep our registration meeting as simple as possible, so from your first contact with one of our specialist consultants you should receive a speedy and helpful response. We will advise how we can help you find work, whether it be temporary or permanent, in a variety of settings within the education industry. We will also conduct a pre interview safeguarding checks, if all goes well we will invite you to interview with us at a day and time that suits you . Your interview can be conducted through a video call with a member of our team or in a location closer to you.

Step 2

We'll send you an email confirming your interview date, time and link to Microsoft Teams or Zoom . It will also contain a list of original documents that you will need for the interview.

Step 3

You will then meet with our team for a video interview. During the online interview, you'll meet with your consultant who will verify all your original documents. We use our interviews as an opportunity to get to know you better - to find out about your experience, skills, what you like and don’t and how far you are willing to travel for work. This helps us to find the best school for you.

Step 4

Following your interview, we will then collect your references, DBS, and some other items to ensure that we have everything we need to make you compliant. If there is anything, we're missing you may be required to meet with us again, either through video call or face-to-face.

Step 5

You are now compliant and able to work in any of our schools, nurseries or residential settings (dependent on experience) across the UK. From this point on your consultant will be in touch regularly to offer you vacancies that we have available. However, in the meantime do feel free to browse our jobs and see if anything catches you eye.

*Due to the coronavirus, Right to Work checks have been relaxed which means that we currently conducting registration interviews via video and can at this time accept scanned documents. Full checks will be carried out at a later date.
